On June 02, 2020, Mr, ***** has agreed to mow and weed eat my yard for $50.00 dollars. I was extremely happy for this offer and referred him to other clients around the neighborhood. it's been a year using his service and now on 6/6/2021 he wants to charge $60.00 dollars and wanted to know if I would still like to use his service as I'm scheduled for another mow on 6/7/21. I declined the offer since I'm upset that we had an agreement and he's backing out and changing it and I'm upset that he was forgetting to weed eat a certain part of my house and also stopped moving the trampoline to mow under because "he's too busy and should be charging more." he's done this for all previous mows up as in moving the trampoline for me and doing the weed eating at the certain spot he kept missing. Up until I started using his service again in spring is when he stopped doing it and he told me I had to move things. Which I understand I didn't mind, I get it we get busy. I spent a Sunday picking up and making sure everything was moved so he can get to mowing faster than usual and getting the weed eat in the correct spots. He still missed the side of my house, I had to message him and ask why was it missed when I made sure it was able to weed eat. He stated that he didn't want to damage the skirting... I'm upset and confused now, so I paid my invoice anyways because of course I would the work was completed I wouldn't not pay someone for doing their job I asked them to complete. As soon as I pay, he asks me if he can charge the $60.00 due to it costing him more money and may I remind you I have referred my neighbor, and my dads house and his five other properties. This totals $430 dollars including my $50.00 he gets using my family every two weeks and he charges them $60.00. I declined his offer since at this point I'm just upset overall and figured I will use another lawn company and leave it at that. The following day 6/7/21 knowing I declined his services, he still came out and mowed and weed eat my yard. Now I have an invoice sitting in my email for a service I declined and didn't want. I'm highly disappointed in this lack of professionalism and trying to force me into paying for a service I didn't want any longer. I will not be paying. Be careful and you have been warned.

There seems to have been some kind of misunderstanding. I did let Brittany know there would be a price increase of $10. However, by the text she sent me, I was under the impression that she was saying ok when she said I'm good. I have been more than fair with the price considering that I have been mowing 1.22 acres for $50/mow. A $10 increase is certainly justified.
I have been more than fair with the service I have provided for the last year. I have also been patient in waiting 2 weeks to get paid each time I mowed. I was under the impression I was to continue. It would have been nice if I had been contacted directly rather than being slandered unjustly. I didn't have any idea there was a problem until false accusations were posted everywhere.

While asking someone if they would want to continue your service with a $10.00 raise and they respond with No, I'm good. There is a NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There's no misunderstanding. Those pictures were proof of my statement and you can try and justify but no means no end of story.
