    I had complete new roof put on by Vitos roofing in the fall of 2019. It included included the replacement of 6-8 sheets of plywood for roof rot as needed and if more I would pay additional. In 2020 I noticed water stains on my kitchen ceiling and since I was planning on remodeling the kitchen I decided to tear out the ceiling to see from the inside where my leak was now coming from since I had a brand new roof installed the year before. To my surprise I looked up in the roof to find rotted wood all along the edge of this roof of which they just covered over. I called and they really had no choice but to come make the repairs but only did the length of the kitchen which I could plainly see. I said at that time if you did this job here what should make me not think you did the whole roof like this? No response these were just *************** who speak little English. Fast forward I come to my home on January 17th of 2024, I am a seasonal homeowner for 40 years, and my living room ceiling is soaked, stained and sagging, water is dripping down between my window and my wall and floor are soft and smell like mold. I called Vitos they sent their *************** who tried to blame my gutters of which I disagreed and brought to their attention the roof rot at the kitchen. No satisfaction was given so I called another roofer in the area to get his professional opinion we went on the roof to find we could put our foot right through the roof edge and he said there was no doubt it was done poorly and needs to have at least 3 of the roof taken off and new wood and shingles installed for the price of ******** minimum. He said let me see if I can let **** know he will be paying my bill if he dont fix his s**** up. **** told him no , then he said he knows a manager for Vitos company and he is easier to deal with so he did and a man named *** came and made an effort to repair. I appreciated his attempt and the rain came and again bad leaks occurred where he made the repair in the front . I called this other roofer told him I still have a bad leak and had him do the repair and said I do not want that Vitos Roofing on my property ever again. So I paid him ****** more to repair the roof again. I should not have any of these problems if this roof was done according to the contract but he chose to be a thief and made money on time and materials instead of doing the right job. Now as I went up to see for myself that the continuity of the shingles in these areas is compromised and do not feel they will give me at least 25 years of protection I am going to have to have a new roof put along with the other damage and aggravation of the interior damage also. They should refund my ******** at least so I can apply this money to a now more costly replacement of my roof so I can feel that I can leave my house unattended without the fear of coming back to my ceiling being on my floor or damage to my new drywall that has been installed. Thank you
