On January 19th I won an auction on Ebay for an vacant lot in *********, CA for $810 plus a $295 "documentation fee" in which I paid the following day both through Zelle with my bank. Week goes by nothing from Mr. T. (Empire Land LLC). I send an email asking when can I expect my deed? I get a reply "today or tomorrow." Those days go by nothing was delivered. Contacted Ebay to let them know I sent payment for item but it was still recognized as "ITEM NOT PAYED FOR." Got a resolution for that problem and Mr T. sent me an email stating that "he had no control over the postal service and it hopefully arrive on Saturday. It is now Monday evening as I'm writing this and still no deed. I've already contacted Mr. T. (Empire Land LLC) to let him know what my plans are in seeking a resolution to this situation. Ebay cannot do anything because it is Real Estate and their money back guarantee does not cover Real Estate. Makes no sense to send an important document through the mail with no tracking number when I paid you $295 for a document fee whatever that entails. I honestly believe he has not sent the deed and is buying time for whatever reason. Bye the way I work for the USPS and I know how the postal service works nobody sends anything of real value without some type of conformation, registry mail, deliver conformation, priority mail, there are many options
