    Business is building 2 houses across from mine. they damaged my mailbox and set it in my yard. They do not answer the phone or email back. I just want my mailbox replaced and installed again.

    Dear BBB Team and *** ******,

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Complaint ID ******** regarding *** ****** ******** concern.

    We would like to clarify that this matter was addressed directly and promptly upon receiving *** ******* initial message on August 5. We responded to him the very next day, on August 6, and explained the situation in detail.

    Although we do have two active job sites on ***************, the vehicle involved in the incident was not affiliated with our team or any of our subcontractors. One of our site supervisors actually witnessed the event and confirmed that the truck in question was performing land clearing work on a neighboring lot, not related to our projects.

    We respectfully communicated this to *** ******, who acknowledged and appreciated our timely response and professionalism. He confirmed that he understood the situation and mentioned he would proceed with reinstalling the mailbox himself. We are grateful for his understanding and for the respectful exchange we had.

    As always, 4U Homes remains fully committed to maintaining positive and transparent relationships with our neighbors and community. We value the trust placed in us and handle every concern with the utmost care and responsibility.

    I am try trying to contact the company regarding a sign that they posted on my property. I sent a message on the website. Ive lefyva message at ************. But I still have no response. I don't live in the town where my property is so I can't follow-up physically.The parcel# for my lot is ************

    The company purchased  a lot closer to yours. The Parcel ID is ************.
    I'll check if the Docbox is wrongly located at your lot or if the surveyor located your lot by mistake. 
    The Docbox will be removed from your lot tomorrow morning.
