    Letter was written on October 7th, 2022:I am writing this in attempt to make proper payment as a tenant of ******************************************************************Since the end of August, I have made several attempts to make contact with your office. I have called numerous times and left voicemails. I have yet to receive a call back. Additionally, I have emailed the person who I was told was in charge of the property management. I was told my email would be forwarded to the right department and still, have not received a response. I have several issues that need to be addressed as a tenant. I would like proper contact information so I can get these things taken care of. I have attached supporting documentation for the following issues:1.The online portal (in which we are supposed to make payments) will not take partial payments. I have highlighted what I believe I owe based off the lease agreement for the month of September and October 2.I submitted two maintenance requests on August 1st. It is not October 6th and the ******* portal states it is still Waiting on ******************** Our tub does not drain and there is mold in our dishwasherthese were issues PREVIOUS to us moving in and need to be addressed ASAP.3.Our lease states we agreed to pay a $40.00/month pest controlwe have yet to see pest control come to our town home and are dealing with bugs/insects. I would like more clarification on how this money is allocated.4.I would like to know how our $14.99/month concierge fee is utilized. It states we have a $300 house credit, yet we have been unable to access that.5.I have an emotional support dog and have uploaded and provided proper documentation stating so. This does not reflect in ************** fee each month.If there is any other documentation you may need, please reach out via email or phone. I am sending two checks as well with the proper amount I owe. **This company has now issued a eviction via **** Law Firm, PLLC. I have proof of payments.

    First of all, we spent months going back and forth with several different “property managers” to find out about our application and lease. We were told via email (after several attempts on our end to contact) that the PM had been changed and to contact a new person. After doing so, the communication has been less than poor—in fact, non existent. Their “maintenance” 3rd party company, *******, did zero work when we submitted requests. Upon moving in A BRAND NEW UNIT, we had a moldy dishwasher, it didn’t sit right or was securely put into place, and our upstairs tub has been clogged since day one. None of these issues have been addressed. Secondly, the communication with these people is near impossible. I have a folder of documentation since July when we moved in, trying to get these issues resolved. No one picks up the phone, no one returns voicemails, and anyone who does answer an email does not provide helpful information. Third, we have been told the “property management” company has changed about 4 times since moving in, however, we have no contact information for this new “company”. We have had nothing but issues and complaints and NO ONE to turn to. Absolutely no one who works for this place wants to take accountability for their role. One hundred percent completely unprofessional business and a bunch of incompetent people. I will NEVER rent a property from them again and am looking into hiring a lawyer to get out of my current lease because of their violations of the Fair Housing Act. I have talked with several of our neighbors and they are experiencing the same issues. I will continue to spread the word about our less than satisfactory experience. I hope this place goes under. **Please note, NOTHING has changed since this name change. Absolutely nothing. I cannot get ahold of anyone, get a call back or get any maintenance issue resolved. If you are looking at moving to one of these properties in Leland, NC--DO NOT TAKE THE BAIT!
