    I spoke with the business owner April 27th about custom lash strips and she agreed to make them without a rush fee that I stated I would provide. Today at 9am the day I was supposed to receive my order she tried to ask if I could pick them up tomorrow May 2nd even though she stated multiple times my order would be ready on the First of May. She has no license to run her business but I tried to support an upcoming business. She stated she would be refunding me and now she has drawn back on that statement as well. I would just like my money back and for it to be done with. This is not even a certified business to begin with.

    I am ************* the owner of monieminks, I am currently in school to get my license to run my business. Just wanted to address that before going on to explain the rest of this situation. On my website it clearly states that order need to be placed 3 days before you want them because being in school take up most of my time so having that 3 day notice wouldnt put me in a place to have to rush on a hand made custom lash strip. And she was very aware of that and that is why she offered a rush fee as she stated and I politely declined. Yes we did agree to may 1st but we never had an set time to when and I offer to give them to her the next day only because I was supposed to give them to her at school because she couldnt pick and I wouldnt have them as early as 12pm which I only was mad aware the day of that she need them at that time. But because of some shipping delays and I couldnt have them done by the time she wanted but was never not going to give them to her I just wanted a little extra to make them. But she snapped on me demanding a refund but and I made her aware I would not do that because it hasnt reached the 3 day ***** She even took it as far as posting on social media bashing me for this situation that I made very clear to her multiple times I was very polite and patient with her our whole encounter.

    I am rejecting this response because: As stated before we agreed on a day and pick up location. She offered to meet me at ************************* which I accepted, I had no problem picking them up but a sensible person would agree to an offer they are able to do. There was no snapping until after she declined my refund and kept the $15 dollars in question for work she did not start nor complete. She also failed to communicate with me the night before our scheduled meeting that she could not fulfill my request and stated it did not matter if I told you last night showcasing her lack of respect and communication towards her clients. If she had effectively communicated with me the day prior to the scheduled meeting it would have been much easier to reschedule my day to accommodate her however, she waited until 9am the day of to state she had not completed my request. I was very aware of the terms she had on her website for the service I paid for and did not receive however, the business owner in fact agreed to branch away from her own terms making the offer which should have been declined if she truly wanted to comply with her rules and procedures for this service.
