I'm 20 years old working a normal 9-5 that comes from a poor family. Was called and sold on attending the 10X Growth Con in 2024.Immediately after purchase I demanded a refund and was refused.I paid $4,000 in total which I said to the salesmen that this was literally all of my money at the time, yet they continued to sell me.Grant Cardone is an awesome individual.But the salesmen that unethically took my last dollar to attend some grandiose and overrated event are scum.I attempted to contact support, but they were only able to give me a store credit.I'm in no position to have spent the $4,000 at my age.It's caused me a ton of stress and anxiety.I've seen now that people do in fact receive refunds and I hope to receive one as well of $4,000.I believe ***** is an amazing man, but this experience has left me disappointed in his sales team.All I ask is for a complete refund and I'd be extremely grateful.I'm not angry at anyone, just disappointed in the choices that were made both on my end and the salesmen's.

DO NOT GO TO ANY LIVE EVENTS! You will be devoured by rude and ****** aggressive sales people ganging up on you 3 and 4 at a time to upsell other events for the same.I paid $2,000 to attend a 10x business event in ******* last month. Stuffed in a hotel conference room with 500+ other business professionals.Basically what Cardone is teaching you at the event is how he runs HIS sales business. Offering talks from a parade of employees sharing what they do to exploit and scam their customers and keep it organized. Unbelievably bold. Now you realize, YOU are their customer, or better put, you are there ****** for the day. 2 sales reps followed me in the restroom trying to get my credit card. At lunch, 3 other sales reps hovered over me prodding me over and over again to buy buy buy. This was non-stop through the event. No getting away from it. If you are VIP you are a prime target for every sales vulture swarming in the wings. Eventually in the hallway I gave them a card for an additional $500 No receipt. The women sitting next to me was almost in tears sharing she just paid another $30k for a program. Everywhere I looked I saw the same thing happening to other attendees. Especially VIP's. who paid more for the event. The word "fraud" would be an understatement. These guys are criminals. You may say that you won't fall for that but its very different when you are at an event. They have you! You cannot just hang up the . And they actually relish getting you upset. They will beat you in submission like "piranha" on a feeding frenzy! Beware, these events are an illusion. Designed to physically capture you and upsell you ad infinitum. This is why Cardone has dozens of programs and courses. His entire focus seems to be scamming you out of more and more money. I found this to be nothing more than a really good con, from a really good con man.I demand an immediate refund!

What a ****. I was charged for a training program that I did not authorize. When I requested that they refund my credit card, their customer support would not. Instead, they offered me a credit in their training programs, or one of their uber hype events. Sorry, but I will not put up with fraud and I am going to make sure others hear about your sketchy program.

I wish I had looked into Grant ********************** Training better before doing any business with them. Their owners and the material they sent, does not align with my personal or organizational morals or values. They are very predatory in their business practices and do not care about helping small businesses at all. If I could leave less than 1 stars I would. I have spent 20k with them and although we accessed the program for the first couple of months, none of my employees liked it. They still will not let me out of this absurd contract even though they said they would help me, if I become current on my account etc which I did do. Do not under any circumstances do business with this shady company. As you can read from their responses they do not let you out of the contract as they say whether you use it or not and whether it works for you or not. If a company believed in their product they would not have this response. They also go through sales people like they do clients, so dont expect to talk to the same person for longer than a couple of months. The more I have found out the more ashamed to even have been affiliated with them and to have given them any money at all.

I bought a vip 10x business conference ticket in July of last year after following grant for a long time, when I was eating lunch one of his reps came up to me and sold me on Cardone university and asked the guy beside me if he was in too and sold me on a company Cardone university after realizing months down the line that there was a individual option for $99 a month I could cancel At convenience I felt betrayed because I was paying $500 a month. As soon as this happened I called Cardone looking for an option to decrease payment or get out of the contract which I did not know there even was one. After the team saying they would decrease my bill or give me a option to pay it off for half of the total bill the next bill came around and it was another $500 all I ask is that Cardone would treat me as a valued customer and work something out at this point.

This company is a complete SCAM ! My aint has spent idk a good ****** on this idiots videos and I can guarantees its dont nothing but make him spend money. Hes lost money not made: look at the BBB Reviews. BE AWARE !!!!!

This company has help me and my family produce a multi million $$ business from nothing. I believe God himself has empowered this team to impact the world. 10X

I was on a call for their 10X program on Saturday for over an hour. The product pitch showed a great amount of savings and discounts. So I purchased it. Also signed up for mentorship program to see if I was eligible. I’m traveling for the rest of the weekend and Monday, today, I’m getting calls from unknown numbers. I answer and it’s a rep from Cardone wanting to do an interview and set me up with an enrollment zoom call. After evaluating the program wasn’t for me an hour later and a zoom with another sale person trying to convince me to move the money to a real estate program , I reached out to get a refund. Customer service told me I should have read the refund policy before purchasing a digital product. They don’t give refunds on digital products. I never opened any of your products and didn’t know I was buying $597 worth of motivational videos. I would like my money back please as Grant Cardone guaranteed if not satisfied.

** with ***** ******* is the most aggressive salesman I have ever unfortunately had contact with. I've told him and his supervisor that the phone call are harassing and they need to stop, He then proceeded to text me a video of himself telling me about his morning run and that I was on his mind. I just wanted to buy a book.... That's it....now I don't even want to read it because of him. I've met ***** a few times, and unfortunately my distaste for ** has made me want to tell people to not follow Grants advise. WATCH OUT!!
