on January 21, 2024, I purchased a book from this company for 39 dollars, a couple of days later I got a phone call from a representative offering a Mentoring Program which I told him I could not afford he told me well he would send me a link for me to see the program and then he would call me to see what I think about the program. I logged in and listened to the program them he called me and was very persistent on the line I told him many times I could not afford this I would love it but Could not afford it. we ended the call.a couple of days later my husband asked me what did I purchase for $700.00. when we saw this charge my husband called immediately and reported this to the credit card we did not authorize this charge. I called the company and told them I had filed a complaint about my credit card and they told me that because I had done that they could not do anything until either I cancel the dispute or wait for a solution from Credit Card. I went ahead and called my credit card and informed them that they had told me that they would refund me if I canceled the dispute I have documents in this regard attached they had told me they would refund if I stopped the chargeback on my credit card. to make the story short after all this back-to-back emailing they told me that I signed a document and that they would not refund please see the attached driver's license which is not the signature they have on their document.I ask that my credit card be refunded the $700.00 unauthorized charge I tried adding my evidence and because the file is too big it did not allow me to do so.I have it available if you need it.
