1 starI lived at this apartment complex for almost 4 years. It was called ******************** and I believe Advenir Living bought it and changed the name. Now its called Advenir at ************* in *******, *****. Around Covid, I was awarded rent relief (Covid funding) by two organizations. The company knew the rules and policies to this. I told the organizations to make out the check to the property whichever one gets approved first. Property received both checks but were only suppose to apply one check to my account. They applied both and one of the organizations requested that their payment be refunded. After applying to my account and me staying there, they later tried to evict me and left me with a balance of over $8k making my rental history horrible and difficult to get a place to live. ** never recommend staying at any of their properties.Advenir Living, LLC

2 starsI lived at the *** at ******************** in ******, ***** for twenty months. I paid my rent on time every single month. When I moved out, I paid all the cleaning fees and everything that the management brought to my attention that I owed them.There is an alleged bill for $167.00 that they never sent me, even though they still had all my contact information (and still do, to this day.) I was entirely unaware this bill existed. If I had known, I would have paid it as timely as I pay all my bills. Instead, the management sent it to a collection agency, who then proceeded to trash my sterling (over 700) credit score.The collection agency went ahead and trashed my score without EVER CONTACTING ***** THIS DAY, I still have NO idea what this invoice was for or why the management didnt send it to me via email or regular mail or even try to call me about it. I have sent them emails since then, inquiring about this bill and its origins, and have received NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER.There are a huge number of negative complaints I can share about my time living at the *** but I chose to let it go and not review. Since the *** has taken it upon themselves to do me harm they didnt need to do, I am rethinking that stance. As it stands, I would advise no one to move into an Advenir property because the owners and managers cannot be straightforward with their tenants. They talk a big talk about leadership but dont even have the guts to make their emails public so tenants can contact them IN WRITING easily.They can make this right and restore my credit. 1 starWeve lived here going on 4 years we dont bother our neighbors pay our rent on time and were always friendly with the staff and it has been a horrible experience from appliances breaking and them telling us we have to pay for the parts to fix it even tho we are paying them renters insurance The maintenance workers recording me without my permission and when confronted (which I have on tape) he gets very aggressive and agitated as a young woman who lives here I want to feel safe! Next them harassing us about our REGISTERED emotional support animals asking us to release personal medical documents to them (which again we have it on recording I might add is an ********* violation) when you call upper management NOBODY and I do mean NOBODY responds even when you email and leave voicemails to rectify the issue so you have to seek help elsewhere through the *** and FHA and file a complaint with them The complex is unsafe and we deal with people breaking into vehicles spray painting cars etc Reoccurring a/c problems which even the maintenance workers say its old and they need to replace it (which I have on recording) and yet they still dont come to fix itReview fromDavid C

1 starFirst and foremost, the recurring problems with my AC unit have been a source of constant frustration. My AC has broken down around six times this year, including the most recent incident on 11/2/2023. Despite submitting work orders, they were promptly closed without any resolution, leaving me to endure sweltering heat and humidity in my apartment. This lack of responsiveness to essential maintenance needs is completely unacceptable. The issues extend beyond the AC problems. For nearly a month and a half, my Master bedroom and office have been without power. My complaints have fallen on deaf ears, with the office management at Lymestone Ranch Apartments responding slowly and unhelpfully. When they did finally get in touch, they attempted to shift the blame onto a vendor without providing any means of direct contact for resolution. This lack of communication and accountability is infuriating. Furthermore, my interactions with Darnell, the Assistant Manager at Lymestone Ranch Apartments, were far from satisfactory. He seemed to deflect responsibility and failed to take my issues seriously. I even had to resort to opening a Code Enforcement case with the City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, and consider filing a complaint with the Landlord Tenant hotline under the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Darnell's dismissive attitude, insisting that these actions were unnecessary, further exacerbated my frustration. In addition to these living conditions, Lymestone Ranch Apartments' parking situation is a mess, and the level of crime in the area is alarming, with police presence seemingly required almost weekly. Overall, my experience with Lymestone Ranch Apartments has been a harrowing one, marked by recurring maintenance problems, poor management response, and concerning safety issues. 1 starI moved here in *************** in June 2022. Things were great at first. Now horrible is an understatement. My vehicle has attempted to be broken into 6 times in 2 months, I've had to call law enforcement out because someone was banging on my door saying obscene things. I've had people on my porch smoking weed. My apt was attempted to be broken into because they pryed the sliding door open. I've had people leave trash by my door, beer cans ect that I cleaned up because Noone else did. The list goes on. Be careful where you decide to reside. The gates are always left open and outside lighting in some areas are never maintained.Review fromTiffany W

1 starI was living at Advenir at ************** in **. It is a fairly new complex almost two years old now. I lived there for 15 months in a 3 bedroom apartment. One room which was an office was rarely utilized. I didnt have any pets nor small children and took my shoes off when I entered my home. I ensure the carpet was professionally cleaned and was still charged $700 for carpet replacement. By ** law and my lease agreement the charge is fraudulent as the carpet showed normal wear and tear. After speaking with other residents in the complex they have been hit with similar move out fees and carpet replacement fees that are not warranted.Advenir Living, LLC

1 starI lived at Advenir@lacosta and its been ***********************. I have lived here for over two years. Within that time frame we experience alot of problem the maintenance team and the leasing office refused to take care of in a timely fashion.Termite eating up the units including the stairs.. and balcony they are all made through wood. I seen and heard a tenant on the third floor feel through her balcony due to the termites. Other resident unable to use certain stair cases due to life safety issue. The ********************* had a magistrate meeting for them to correct all of these issues and to this day its not completed. The amenities are in horrible shape cant even access the pool its been locked for over 8 months. They need to take care of their units and fix everything before continuing to take money of their tenants without improving the area of living. This complex is in the prime area of ************* and its an eye sore compare to the other complex around the area.Advenir Living, LLC
