1 starIt has been three years, but I finally won my final judgment for $28,622.84!!! From (quote) to the end, it was a nightmare. Broken china, NONE of my televisions, ladders, 5 42-gallon totes that included all kitchen utensils and clothing and I can't even remember what else. The water cooler arrived broken, the waffle iron, an iron, pots and pans bent where lids no longer fit, etc were completely broken. I bought a brand new bedroom set with under-the-bed drawers 3 months before the move and under-the-bed drawers no longer open and are broken in half. Dresser k**** were broken off, they TAPED my leather ottoman, broke a white cabinet, my office armoire, and wooden coffee tables and end tables. Lamps were so bent and broken, they had to be thrown out or replaced. I hired a woodworker to fix all nicks and gouges in my wood furniture to the tune of over $3K. I had to replace my kitchen table, televisions, ladders, water cooler, kitchen utensils, clothing, etc. My dog's tote with his medication and sweaters were missing as well. I can't begin to tell you how many times I have cried. I am thrilled to say that I never gave up. You can win this! You don't need an attorney! Don't give up! You understand that I had to prove all of these items and I had pictures and receipts that I happily provided to finally get the resolution I deserve. What had happened (per the video of an employee at Triple ***** Moving (the company hired to complete my move), my items were taken on and off the truck over 5 times and NOT nicely. They would throw the totes on the ground, make a day run, and reload my things "maybe" that night or the day after. I am devastated at the loss of sentimental items and everything I have had to replace. ***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** unless you can afford to lose $30,000. 1 starThis company took hundreds of thousands in stuff from me and have not delivered it. I told police attorneys BBB etc. Bring my stuff or I will have you arrested and your company shut down

Hello this does not make sense that you are complaining. We told you delivery would be Monday. You have been calling us since July to tell us to hold on to your furniture because your house was not ready. You then called 10/17 to make the wire transfer. We said the payment will take about 3 to 4 business days to clear and then we will start the delivery process. You have also been told the delivery would be next week. We have given you storage just like you asked for close to two months now. So we are in the stages of delivering the items no later then next week....Review fromCheryl M

2 starsI started in a positive attitude. ******** answered questions, helped me fill out forms. Day of pick up ******** disappeared. The driver arrived and informed me I owed the balance in cash. (I do not usually have $1300 in cash. No one told me I had to have cash on hand. I ran to the bank. I paid to have 3 pieces of furniture crated. The driver said he would crate-in wood- when he arrived at the warehouse before delivering to Tropical. It was not done. My items arrived at Tropical shipping and were not crated. The response from Tower: we will investigate. Expensive furniture. Shipping from ** to **************. Not crated. Do not use this company. Never ever use this company.Review fromJerri R

1 starTower Moving Systems: One star is too much I hired Tower Moving Systems for a cross-country move from ********** to *****. From start to finish, it was a disaster. They promised a large truck but sent small ones, causing endless delays and arguments. The movers were unprofessional, taking long breaks and even threatening to leave our belongings. To make matters worse, they mixed up our belongings with another customers and many of our valuable items are now missing. Tower Moving Systems has completely ignored our attempts to file a claim. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress and heartache.Avoid Tower Moving Systems at all costs.Review fromJW R

1 starLack of professionalism. I specifically expressed the day I needed to before I made reservations and now the day before they tell me they are not picking up my things until a day later. Do not give these people your business. Pay whatever extra you have to pay for a reputable company. I maybe losing a deposit of $428 but I refuse to loose $1630 working with incompetence. If you get a call from ******** or anyone from this company go with someone else.Review fromLinda E

5 starsI am very happy with this moving company and can recommend their services. First, **** has been very professional and understood our situation and was flexible with options (different days between pick up and delivery). It was easy to get an accurate estimate, and the price was very reasonable. The movers were on time, very professional, and super quick. The furniture arrived intact, with no damage. *** ensured we have all our belongings in the designated places (even moving things to a second floor). 5 starsTower moving systems was timely, friendly, and polite. Nothing was damaged. Nothing was scratched! Eddie and the moving team were able to fully complete our move on time, at the cost estimated, and everyone was pleasant and professional.
