    I purchased a $60 **** and busters gift card did $20 promotion. I went use it today they are saying it expired. Theres no expiration date on any of my information and I want the $60 gift card honored or at minimum my money refunded. As you will see in the attached photos of my initial purchase- theres no expiration date.

    Hi there.  Thank you so much for this note.  We have reached out to this customer a few times and have also provided them a new voucher.  We have not heard back from them and have not been able to speak with them as they have not answered.  We have emailed a few times and left VM as well.  We have provided the new voucher as we stated and also offered to refund them as well once they provide the necessary information to refund them.  This is an old purchase 9/2024 and so the payment information is no longer valid.  We have responded to resolve this matter.     paid for *** Membership. I was charged 35 from ******. After membership they asked for cc for auto renewal. Never got card or proof that i have this service. Call *** and this marketing company never completed payment so there is no account. Just my CC info. When you try to contact company on ******. Link says their site does not exist.

    My place of work has a link to savings via Launching Deals owned by Major Rocket. On 12/24/2024 I purchased the *********************************** 2021. I downloaded it to my laptop. It no longer works. I contacted the company on 2/14/2025 to notify them of my issue. I was instructed to log into ********* to look for the download. There is no download showing. Yet when I try to use the key that I initially used it tell me it has already been used. I sent another email on 2/18 requesting a refund. I received no reply. Today I requested a refund again.

    I saw a deal on getting a *** membership for $38.50, and when I did this, it stated that I already had a membership and would need to renew. This seems to be their trick because I have read other reviews and they did similar things like this to other consumers. I have asked repeatedly for a refund, and they have ignored my messages. I want my money back, as the service they are providing proves to be criminal. I have emailed them 2 times and not heard back in the past month, and I just wrote 2 more emails to them today. I believe that if you have a service that doesnt work that they are responsible to refund the money when asked. None of us, as consumers, should have to repeatedly chase others for our money. They are very unprofessional, and they are big time scammers. Buyers should beware because they only want your money, but dont want to promise the discounted service.

    Yesterday I sign in for an offer for ***, paid $39.50, when I tried to activate the order with AAA they came back and said that since I used to be a member this can't be activated but they could sell me a membership for$79. When asked about the $39.50 the agent told me to call ************. I have call 4 times since yesterday and left a message but no answer whatsoever.I want either my money back or my AAA membership.

    Purchased the restaurant deal package and so many additional steps required, just to find out there is no way I can even use this product. Had to make 3 separate online accounts at three different websites just to use services that arent available in my area. Waste of money and time. So disappointed.

    I bought a ******* from their for $100 *************** play voucher in Oct. 21, 2024.The Groupon page clearly states: "Promotional value expires Jan 31, 2025. Amount paid never expires."When I redeemed the vouchers on their site, I received vouchers that expires Oct. 31, 2024, NOT Jan 31, 2025.I reached out to them and they flat out refused to honor the Groupon. They could not point out where in the advertisement it said the vouchers would in fact expire Oct. 31, 2024, and instead trying to come up with excuses. They said that the Jan. 21, 2025 is the Groupon deadline (what???).

    I tried to buy *** membership online , I paid ***** $ but I never received any card or membership number . this is scam and I want ny money back

    I purchased a Windows 11 Pro license from ********************** (owned by Major Rocket) as it was linked through my work benefits program (Beneplace). However they key does not work. The email that contained the key was clearly fishy and it appears that Major Rocket is running a scam to sell you fake software keys.
