      Paid in full $1567.80. Was advised on July 20 by email of this cancellation. The email there was a 14day window to claim a refund. I replied 2 days later with the requested information for the refund. A month later a response about high email volume we'll get to you in a few days was sent and then never received anything else. I called my bank and described the situation and would not refund me due to something in their terms and conditions even though i made the reservation over the phone and they were the ones to cancel the cruise not me ! This is a scam with numerous complaints ! Upon loads of research the lady who took my reservation and scammed us all is ********************************************* !

      On January 7, 2024, I booked a cruise with Aventura Dance Cruise (ADC). After all payments were made and the cruise was paid in full, on July 20, 2024, I received a letter from Aventura Dance Cruise saying that the cruise was cancelled. When they sent the letter, they attached a 'refund request questionnaire' which I filled out for them with information about the money I paid ($4489.52). *** shut down their telephone, emails, and website. The dates of the cruise were for Nov 8-11, 2024. They have not refunded the money. I filed a report with ***** (*************************************************) Case #****-00736 and the ***************************. These agencies have not been able to help. I never received the service (cruise) I paid for and would like the money refunded to my credit card account.

      Aventura Dance Cruise, LLC canceled their November dance cruise without providing any reason or refund. I have paid the cruise in full $3828.39 (with proof of paymen) and has failed to receive reimbursement from insurance company due to the reason that the vendors cancellation does not fall under one of our insured reasons. At this point? The vendor is nowhere to be reached and their website is down.

      In November of 2023 Aventura Dance Cruise company advertised a new cruise for November 8-11, 2024 , I have contacted them and booked the cruise. I made a down payment and then paid in full, in instalments till July 2024. After the last payment I was notified that due to unfortunate circumstances the cruise is cancelled and to file to reimbursement by replying to their notification with a form. Meantime the organizers stop responding, removed the website and any kind of media , closed the phones and there's no refund and no further communication.

      A cruise package was purchased through ADC (*****, **) in September 2023 for a scheduled sailing in November 2024. The payments were made on a monthly basis until it was paid off in June 2024. The company offered the purchase of a travel insurance through **** and that total would have been deducted from the cruise total which it was. However, on or aboutJuly ******* an email was received that the cruise was cancelled due to measures beyond their control. We were asked to submit all necessary information to ADC via email and that was completed. Emails have been sent numerous times with an automated message that someone will respond in 2 weeks due to high inquiry volumes. To date, no one has responded to emails and their phone no longer works. A claim was filed with the insurance company **** and they're unable to process the claim due to me not having cancelled the trip. I am at a loss as no one is getting back to me, the cruise is canceled and no one wants to process a refund. I am looking for assistance.       The cruise was cancelled. It has been a couple months. We can't get any answers. No cruise no money.nothing.

      The service being provided was a ****************************************************** to the ******* from November 8-11, 2024. (My booking confirmation is R2122400). On July 20 the company sent an email indicating that they were cancelling the cruise and that we needed to request a refund within 14 days. I submitted the refund request within that deadline and have asked for an update every 2 weeks since then. The company responded that due to the increase number of emails the response time had been increase. On my last email of 9/2/24 requesting an update on the status of the refund, there has been no response. They have since taken all their social media pages down and there is disconnected their phone number. The total charge was $3099.06. I had travel insurance but the provider cancelling was not a valid clause. I am asking for help on how to get my funds returned for lack of service provided.
