    On November 1, 2024, I entered into a signed contract with The Window Source of Orlando for a home improvement project, which included the supply and installation of factory-painted replacement ******** the time of installation, the doors provided were not factory-painted as originally specified in the contract. I was informed by the installer that the manufacturer was experiencing difficulties with factory painting and that the doors would instead be painted on-site. I agreed to proceed under the condition that the doors would be painted to a professional standard.After the on-site painting was completed, I observed that the quality of the paint was poor and did not meet the level of finish typically associated with factory-painted products (photographs are available to support this observation). I communicated these concerns to The Window Source of Orlando, and after discussion, they agreed in writing to order new factory-painted doors in a standard color.Subsequently, I was informed that the replacement door order had been canceled. The company cited an online review posted by my wife as the reason for canceling the fulfillment of the replacement doors. To the best of my knowledge, no provision in the signed contract made service contingent upon the posting, removal, or modification of any consumer reviews.Throughout this process, I have made good faith efforts to resolve the matter directly with the company. I am providing this complaint solely to document my personal experience and interactions with The Window Source of Orlando. I make no representations about the companys broader business practices beyond my own experience.
