When I bought my vehicle part of the reason I bought it was I was told it had a lifetime warranty. The vehicle has 52k miles and started to have problems. I find out that the warranty is through TWS and the service manager started to laugh and said you don't have a warranty they will never fix it. Turns out he was right. Apparently I was supposed to keep every record of every service I ever did on the car. I changed my own oil several times always changed air filter myself and I was told I was supposed to keep every sales receipt.. the company said it was in the contract and it probably was however that wasn't what was told to me. This is a worthless warranty. *** says you didn't pay for it anyway, I mean I paid for the car so yes I did pay for it. They are snarky and look for any reason to not pay for service. Look at all of their reviews. Not sure how they haven't been investigated yet. I was sold gap insurance through them on another car and when it was totaled they screwed me on that as well. If you sit down at a dealership and they mention TWS stand up and run from that dealer. Don't buy anything from anyone dealing with TWS because if they use this company they are knowingly trying to take advantage of you. If you are looking for an after market warranty company go to anyone else. This warranty might as well be toilet paper. Again read the reviews even when they fix a car they use junk yard parts instead of new factory parts. I don't know how anyone that works at TWS can look in the mirror! Imagine if it was your son or daughter who had this warranty. SHAME SHAME SHAME! Hopefully your children don't find out what you do. If you are looking for a job and are an honorable decent human being and don't want to take advantage of people stay far away for TWS. You don't want your name associated with this company it will follow you for the rest of your life!
