    This place is full of liars ! Esp *********************** , the sold me an automobile that they claim was in perfect condition, needless to say it was not. When I called for my registration and temp tag they refused to answer my call text or email , this is sad that someone would take advantage of an honest person. They basically lied from day one. I am totally disgusted.

    On May 7 I gave $5,000 down payment on a used car. Within approx 18 hours I had buyers remorse and drove to the dealership to try and get my money refunded. I explained I made a huge impulse mistake. I added I was 76, had health problems and really didn't need another vehicle. The initial sales person I dealt with was great but after being referred to The Sales Mgr I was told The deposit is non-refundable and will not be returned under any circumstances. I did sign something called a 'Deposit receipt and forfeiture agreement" which I realize now, I should not have. Based on my good will attempt the dealership has ignored my calls to reconcile. I know they would be delighted if I just go away. My principle is to alert other customers that this forfeiture document does exist and I used to think there was a 3 day cancellation period in ********I am sad this ever happened, that my text messages and phone calls have not been addressed and that I can at least vent to an agency that can give me some feedback.Thank you for any help you can offer.

    This is a auto broker masking themselves as dealers, cars are just sitting out in a field lot under hot sun and dealing with all sort of weather conditions… car are haven’t been serviced or have warning lights on dashes. Salesman not honest and will take your money and you end up making costly repairs.
