    The most negligent and disorganized pharmacy I have ever been forced to use. It is a liability that this pharmacy is even running. They forget to send very important medications every sinlge month. When I call to see why my medication was not sent, I get the response that there is a glitch in the system. They then have to ship our medicine which takes a week or longer!! If you want to get an emergency refill you have to call your doctor to get it refilled at another pharmacy which takes time and effort and then get it filled like a normal scrip at my regular pharmacy. RX Plus is legitimately the worst pharmacy service I have ever used and I feel like a prisoner having to use only them. Such a disorganized system.

    Negligence! Negligence! This pharmacy has me on hold for over 30 minutes constantly and I never get my medications on time. I'm always out when they decide to send them. These medications are vital to my health. To make it worst I recently received another person's medications. Enough is enough. Adventhealth is forcing us to use this pharmacy. We need help. Can you help us get the media to investigate or some regulation body. It's a safety matter at this point. I have read the reviews on ******* it's hundreds of more people like me or worse..I see constant Hipaa? Negligence, wait times, a discrimination complaint and no real action or solution. Please assist us in a petition to take action against this place.

    You cannot get anyone on the phone without waiting hours. Today I held for 2 hours and 21 minutes and nobody ever answered. I received an email about a week after requesting a refill to "approve" the co-pay. Why did that take a week? This has been our pharmacy for years. They used to be good. In the past year they have been absolutely horrible. We have no choice but to use them. It shouldn't take weeks to get a prescription filled and it should not take being on the phone for literally HOURS to get a live person on the phone.

We are currently experiencing a higher-than-normal call volume, and we are taking steps to improve our phone wait times. While we take the necessary steps needed to improve call wait times, we also offer the options to utilize our other alternatives such as, our call-back or voicemail prompt to keep your place in the department call queue when the hold time exceeds 5 minutes. Once prompt is selected, you will be asked to leave your name and call back number. Our turnaround time once we receive any prescription requests is ***** business days. We value your business and appreciate you being a customer for many years. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service. We have expedited shipping of the order and have emailed with an update. An override at local pharmacy has been offered until refill can be shipped.     I'm one in thousands apparently. It takes 17 days to fill and receive an rx that is filled in *******, picked up in *******, 2 hrs away from me,) shipped to ******* and then to ******, only to be shipped back to *******. They blame DHL and DHL blames **** and in the mean time, patients suffer w/o meds. It's no wonder they are not affiliated with the BBB. They are not a better business. In fact they are the worst. This is typical of Advent. They look for the cheapest unqualified vendors to do any service and they are all affiliated with the Advent religion.

Currently, all filled prescriptions are shipped to our members either by ***** or DHL/USPS. We investigate any misrouting and are taking steps with our shipping vendors to prevent similar situations from happening in the future.     Has to be the worst pharmacy in the country.

    Meds backordered/out of stock, but they do not tell you. I waited over 2 weeks and finally called to find out they do not have my meds in stock. It takes them 10-14 days to fill and ship a prescription. Completely unacceptable.
    Reviews don't lie. Someone needs to do something about this place. Due to my insurance, I have no choice, which is definitely not fair.

Were working on improving our communication processes to ensure patients are informed of any delays. If a medication is on backorder and we are unable to get the medication to our member without interruption in therapy and the local pharmacy has the medication in stock, a transfer can be initiated to fill the prescription.
