Best dog boarding and grooming place ever!!! Highly recommend!!! *******************************7/30/2021: I can't say enough great things about this place! A few months ago, I made a reservation for my 3 puggles to board for approximately 1 -2 weeks because I was going into hospital for a lung condition that I suspected would need major surgery. In fact, I did need surgery and I called Bow Wow right away and asked them to keep my doggies for a few more weeks and they said no problem and to keep them posted.

Well, a few weeks turned into two and a half months! After major surgery, I got pneumonia and an infection that resulted in a 2nd major surgery. The 2nd surgery left me so weak, I had to spend 2 weeks in a nursing home for IV antibiotics and physical therapy to get better. BTW, best ever nursing home - 5-star rating:

During this nightmare, one of my only sources of comfort was knowing my sweet 4-legged children were being well treated. Bow Wow loved and cared for them as if they were their own - they practically adopted them! My doggies even learned quickly where their own room was. The owner, James and his team run a very clean, organized, and caring environment for all their canine guests. Dogs get scheduled play, rest and feeding whether they are there for just daycare or long term. Everyone is so friendly and kind at this place which makes for excellent customer service. The grooming is wonderful as well - when I finally picked up my dogs, they were clean and happy!

The trust and confidence I have in Bow Wow is incomparable. I have been to several other places in the area and none come close. I look forward to bringing my pups back to Bow Wow for boarding and grooming - hopefully next time during my vacation instead of a hospital stay!
