    Had a relatively small issue with a refund and with some persistence, it did get resolved. I was assisted by several different representatives over multiple days and felt like I was being prioritized in fixing the issue. While there were some mistakes made along the way, they were addressed swiftly and to my satisfaction in the end. Everyone makes mistakes, but its really how quickly you fix those mistakes that matters.. Many thanks to the customer service team.

    I was concerned about the sale 2 and one free so I called. A gentleman answered all my questions with expertice and humor. Was really satisfied with the information and your representative. His name is ***** and give him 2 or 3 pats on the back (Or even a raise.)

    Great customer service! I called them once regarding an address typo and emailed them once regarding a tracking number: both times they were so kind, efficient, and professional (without being stuffy or snarky)! The products (Women's *************) are AWESOME! Very fair pricing to begin with, but when you use the coupon codes they give you... Well, kids, it just doesn't get any better! I'll definitely be a return customer!

    I called and spoke with ****** on Friday, April 18th, he was very helpful and helped me with my return and instructions. I sent an email on Monday, April 21st and received a return email back with an acknowledgement. Great customer service!

    Low quality trash. Not even 5 months and the jacket is missing buttons and starting to fray. Horrible Chinese quality junk.

    1 star because of the following. My interaction with customer service on a management level was extremely unprofessional and a bit sassy to say the least. It was an exhausting, 2 month process and while I love the quality of the product itself, Ill certainly be buying elsewhere in the future. And telling my family and friends about this experience that wont fit into a review so they can make up their own minds. But, Stay Legendary!Products? A+Company? Eh. Needs some supervision in HR Id say. This particular woman? Zero stars
