      This company is a scam. The return policy is 3 days but you have to give the product months in order to see results. This is unrealistic and allows them to get away with taking people's money. I have gotten zero results. I purchased this hair growth serum and applied it is as directed. After giving this product some time to show results I have given up and my hair situation has gotten worse. I reached out to them via email and received an automated response only saying they would get back to me within 48 hours. They never did. I attempted to contact them several times after that and have been ignored. I was forced to have to reach out to my credit card to open a dispute and now that is being denied as well due to the timeframe. I am very disappointed that a company can get away with making false claims just to prey on people going through hair issues.

      I purchased a bottle of hair gro repair serum from this company on 26.11.2022. It cost me a total of USD 33.10 (includes USD 14.11) in shipping (order #******* I first messaged the company through the "shop" app on 29 November as I had not received an email saying that my order was shipped. They responded and asked me to be patient as they were shipping out 56,000 orders from Thanksgiving. I sent several emails after that as it seemed to be taking a long time to ship. They always responded asking for patience. I eventually got a notification that the product shipped. I had been tracking the product and it finally arrived on 20.12.2022. I was absolutely horrified as I received an empty envelope just with a return receipt (photos attached). I don't know if they ever shipped anything or if it were stolen. I have messaged and emailed the company about 5 times since then and sent photos of the empty envelope and no one has responded. They were responsive before to my questions on when the product would be shipped but now there is total silence. All my emails are being ignored. All I ask is that they either ship me a bottle of the product or refund me my money. If they are legit, I am assuming they have insurance that covers packages stolen in shipping. Honestly, I prefer to just get my money back to prevent this incident recurring.

      I orderd hair growth products from this company and it was supposed to be delivered December 5th 2022 I never received I email them immediately they responded within 24hours the first time their reply was that it shows delivered. I replied back and told them I looked around I asked neighbors and I don't find and they never replied back . I emailed them severed times to see how to resolve matter every other day and they never answered me so I took matters into my own hands . I filed a dispute for transaction today dec 19 2022 with my bank ************* I emailed the company blaq luxy one last time letting them know it's been almost a month of no response when they say they respond to emails 24 -48hours and it's been weeks I explain to them that I disputed with my bank and that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB and blast the company through social media how this company has ignored me . Once I blasted on social media about there customer service that's when the emailed me and told me how and why would I go after them for a lost package . And I told them it's terrible customer service for you to ignore a Customer whom paid for your product when you could have assisted me as a customer on how to resolve matters . It took for me to complain and blast them to get a response and they immediately found my email didn't apologize for not responding in a timely manner and told me to file claim with a company called route . They have bad customer service.and they was rude to me .

      The customer products was delivered. She claimed to have not receive the products. We told her to file a claim with *************** which covers packages that are lost and damaged. We were not rude to the customer, we told her what to do and she went to her bank and filed a dispute. She received the money from her bank, so I dont know why she still wrote the BBB when her concerns were resolved.

      On Oct 22, 2022 I purchased 2 sets of products being delivered to 2 of my children. For a total of $231.38. On Oct 24, asked for tracking #'s On 10/25 they refunded shipping after receiving an email they were out of product and they are replenishing Oct 31 received products but I'm missing the shampoo brush! Nov 7th sent them an email Re my hair falling out after using their products and asking about the ingredients. Received an automated message that they'll respond within 24-48 hrs. Sent you a pic of the email. It was silence. Nov. 11th emailed again and still no word. I'd like a refund for false advertising, claiming hair growth when hair is falling out!!!

      I order and purchased a total of $89 in product. On June 17 . I did not receive it, when I reached out to the business stating that I hadn't received it and if they could contact the third-party they used to send their products, she told me I had to contact them myself because I paid for the insurance so it should cover it. I called my postal service, they stated they delivered the package at the door. I let them know my order number, as well as the fact that I purchased insurance. The manager from the USPS store located my package information let me know that there was no insurance put on the package and that I have to call the business and let them know to re-issue it. I called the business let them know they need to re-issue my package because I couldn't request it and she continues to tell me that I have to do it . But again there's no way for me to do it according to USPS they only work with the sender directly in circumstances like this. When I reached back out to let her know the outcome she left me on red and then blocked me. I'm getting an attorney and it sucks as a black person in America trying to support another black owned business and being scammed like this. God has a way of coming back at people remember that!

      I ordered the whole package deal in February and they sent my order to the wrong address. And I informed them it was sent the the wrong apartment. They responded to let me know where they sent it but I couldn't retrieve it from that apartment number and I let them know that and sent them many many emails to the customer name Kant Grant service representative with no response. I would like to have the product or my money back. It was 116. Poor customer service response.They will not answer
