      I purchas** a 2014 F150 with great mileage and overall in descent shape. However, when I test drove the truck the tire censer light was on. I was told it just ne**** air. When I came back after a few weeks of working out our deal. I purchas** the truck and trailer-** it home, due to the fact I was from out of state. The day after I left I notic** that both front tires were flat. It was still on the trailer at this point. (The issue was cover** up). At the time of purchase the truck had a 100+ point inspection and a 60 day warranty. Neither the **************************************************** at the time I left the dealership. After having another auto shop in my town look at the tires and rims. It was not** that all of the rims had corrosion and would not hold air. As well as the tires had "tire rot". I have been attempting to contact the dealership now for 2 + months. They have not once respond** to any of my emails & most of my calls. This could have been an easy fix but they chose to make this hard and give themselves a really bad wrap. I also had a tire blow out on I-75 down town ******* in morning rush hour traffic. This dealership sold a tuck that was not road worthy and refuses to fix it. I have spoken to ***** the manager a few times and he basically said it's not their problem and the warranty did not cover this. There are ** laws that say this is there problem. This was a $30,000.00 investment and now I have to put $4k into is so I can drive it.This is unacceptable. Again they could have solv** this very easy but refuse to. Do not buy from this dealership. It will cost you more money.

      This business provides the worst customer service ever! They misdiagnosed my repairs and would have cost me $3000 more in repairs that werent needed. They care more about getting a good survey than meeting their customers expectations on timely communication, professionalism and honesty. I will never buy from **** again.

      I brought my 2019 Ford ranger in for a water leak in the cab of the vehicle. They spent two weeks trying to find the leak but had no luck after about a month of them having the vehicle they found a small leak and the door frame, so they sent it off to a body shop to have it repaired, they informed me that the leak was repaired so I had them replace the carpet in the whole truck because it had started to mold a Ford Motor Company covered about 60% of the cost which left me responsible for about $1500. I paid the $1500 based on the knowledge of the truck was fixed and would no longer be leaking , I had the truck back for about two days before it rained the following morning I got into the truck the carpets were soaked and brought it back into Mulinax Ford and they continued to look at the truck telling me that they couldn’t find a leak long story short I had the truck at two different dealerships for a total time span of about two months over a four month period the truck was never able to be repaired. I’m out 1500$ and ended up having to sell the truck. I’ve asked Mulinax Ford for a refund for the money I put into the truck since I made the decision based off of the knowledge that the truck was supposedly fixed and now I’m getting the cold shoulder from everyone I’ve left multiple messages. And never received a callback.

      I received a coupon in the mail from Mullinax ford for a "Quick Lane" oil change for $49.95. I called on Saturday 11/27 around 3pm and asked to schedule an appt today. The customer service rep on phone said no appt needed to just come in they are open til 5pm today. I show up at 4:20 to their service area and they tell me there are no technicians on duty now and come back another day. I said i just called and person on phone told me walk in business was fine today til 5pm. They had no explanation other than to say sorry we have no technicians. They could have cared less even after the disappointment I expressed. Will never come to this dealership again. I notice now they have a 1.17 rating out of 5 which is not surprising. Should have checked BBB before attempting to bring this poorly run dealership my business.
