We had Lawn Enforcement by the book come to our property regarding a Gift Voucher in late December. My wife signed some paper work and they were supposed to be out first two weeks in January to perform work. No show! We followed up with phone call inquiring regarding the no show. They said they sent a prior invoice via email that we did not receive. Why would they not call prior to inquire. The initial was under $500.00 they went up to $550.00 which we agreed to pay. Then we stated they had a wrong plant they got mad essentially got too bad to sad! I sent e-mails now they don't respond. I just spent $20,000 on a roof and they did not hold up for payment. Which is very disappointing.

Do not trust them to take care of your lawn! They were amazing when they designed and installed our new landscaping. We then hired them to care for the lawn we signed a contract and they followed it for about a year. Then they started missing weeks and not caring for the entire property, only the front yard. They were on our property anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes most times, when they did come to do the lawn. I work from home so when I would hear them I would try to catch them and but they would leave so fast I never caught them. Then we started calling and leaving voice mails but took a long time to have them call back, weeks. They actually withdrew money for the next to last month that they only came one time for and the last month they did not show at all, but took the money anyway. My husband called and after days later (almost a week) someone actually spoke to him. They agreed that they were not showing up for service and would not charge us for the last month. They took the money anyway and would not reverse the charge. When we called back after getting my statement to tell them they still took the money, they apologized and said they would refund the money. They sent a receipt saying they refunded the money but in fact did not! I filed a claim with my Citi Costco card and they are still fighting it over a month later. Not only did they not do the service they agreed to do, they took money that was not due to them! That is dishonest and theft in my book! Do Not Trust!!! So sad that someone would be so dishonest running a local company! BEWARE!

Robbin, we are sorry you are having a bad day and feel the need to take your frustration out on this company. Your review is misleading and an unfair assessment of who we are and what we do. You were a client of ours for nearly 4 years and in those years, you hired us to install a brand new, beautiful landscape in the front yard and once it had become established, you hired us to maintain it. The maintenance agreement was restricted to the front yard only. It wasn't until almost 2 years after we began maintenance services in the front yard that you requested we include areas of the back yard into service. It was agreed within the written service agreement, which you signed, that service in the back yard would be performed once per month. Our team has almost 17 years of experience maintaining landscapes and they are very efficient. In the 4 years we serviced your property, you and your husband were always very prompt with reaching out if there was an issue either via phone call or email. An example of this is when a team member received a phone call from your husband on their personal cell phone, on a Sunday afternoon (a company-wide day off), frantically asking for help to fix a pipe to the main water source which your irrigation company damaged. That team member arrived at your property minutes later and spent they next hour of his time fixing the pipe to the best of his abilities. We believe this to be going "above and beyond." If there was something you wished to communicate to the team but could not "catch" them when they were at your property, we can always be reached by a phone call or email. The dormant season schedule was outlined in your service agreement where it explains our schedule changing from weekly to bi-weekly. When a customer signs up for our services, their payments are set up in an automatic withdraw system which debits the monthly payment on a designated date towards the end of the month, during the month of service we are actively in. We do not charge anyone, including you, for service in advance. When we spoke to your husband during the cancelation process of your service agreement, he asked if the previous month could be refunded. We immediately agreed and refunded your monthly bill within 24 hours, for which you received a receipt. At the same time, you disputed the charge for the month we refunded and at this point, the money has be withdrawn from our account, we are not "fighting" your dispute, and we would recommend you explain these details to your bank/credit company. We are sorry you were not satisfied with service over the last 4 years and we can only wish you would have expressed your concerns appropriately so we would have had the opportunity to fix them.
