He was super fast, incredibly thorough, and made what we expected to be a stressful process feel surprisingly smooth and simple.**** provided clear, step-by-step instructions throughout, and what really stood out was his consistent communication he checked in with us nearly every day to make sure we were on track, and always made himself available to answer any questions. His attention to detail and dedication didnt stop at closing he even followed up with us after everything was finalized to ensure we were satisfied. We honestly never imagined that refinancing our home could go this quickly or feel this easy. Thanks to ***** expertise and support, we are beyond happy with the results. We would absolutely use this bank again and highly recommend **** ******** to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional loan officer. Hes truly the best!

5 starsThe loan officer I had did a fantastic job with my refinancing, he walked me through the whole process & stayed in touch with me & explained everything I needed to know & answered all my questions, he was amazing & I got all my debt down to one monthly payment & even had some cash& i am so thankful, I recommend this company to anyone looking to refinance they are greatUnited Trust Bank

5 stars**** ***** is the best loan officer we've ever worked with! Being self employed means a ton more paperwork and definitely a much longer process. He was patient with us, explained anything we didn't understand, and really made the whole process as stress free as possible.
