    Our roof was replaced in 2020. This year we have had a leak and called for repair. 1st guy came out n caulked a solar tube near the leak (they did not install this tube). After a second leak guy put Roofing cement around tube, still leaked. Did a water test (they didn't bring a hose) test took about 10 minutes using a leaking borrowed hose. No leak was found. They said they could do no more for us.

    First and FOREMOST - they are LIARS - their person, Joe Vasquez, whose card says he is a FIELD MANAGER, was in our neighborhood after a very bad hail storm, obviously preying on the casulaties of the storm. When we spoke with Joe he repeatedly assured us that THEY would do all repairs and if they could not do them THEY would arrange to have whatever company come out and do the repairs. Joe went out of his way to ensure THEY would take care of everything. That was until they had the check in their hands. "Oh, no, we are not doing that or that or that or that - actually we are not going to do anything except the roof and we will cut you a check so you can go figure out how to get everything else fixed." They showed up on a day they were not supposed to be here, when they knew we were gone and supposedly fixed the roof in ONE DAY! 3 days is normal per them. Then I asked them for an accounting of what they supposedly did and instead all I got was a check in the mail which is way less (about $2000 less) than what will be needed to do all the "NON-ROOF repairs" as stated on the check. They previously told me someone would call me about my issues, no one did. They defelct to someone else who never answers the phone and you have to leave them a message which does not get returned. I look out our 2nd floor windows at the roof and it still looks exactly the same after the storm. They did NOT do the whole roof and who knows how much they did. They tore a hole in our pool enclosure screen and when they showed up to "fix" they replaced the panel with a totally different screen material, DId not have the right size spline and so used some black goop to try to seal the screen. That panel is loose, has holes in and they continue to refuse to address this issue as well. JOE and the whole company are obviously insurance scamming people, preying on victims of storms like an ambulance chasing lawyer. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR INSURANCE REPAIRS!!!

    A lot of incorrect information here. Multiple people in our office have spoken to the homeowner after they called into our office. Part of the issue is you have somebody that is not the homeowner calling and harassing everyone muddying the waters. The insurance company has not released all the money as the job was just completed and more money is coming to the homeowner for the remaining amount. We do not keep money that we are not due or for work we did not complete. The roof that was done in 1 day, passed inspection and would not have if we didn't do the full roof up to code. Weather moves jobs around in Florida all the time and we do have some scheduling changes. The crew was able to complete the prior job the day before allowing them to get to this build a day early. We don't sit around watching and waiting for homeowners to leave to complete their roofs. During the course of the build some debris put a very small hole in the pool screen. We returned to replace the panel and the homeowner sent a text (that was not so polite) to us saying they were unsatisfied with the repair. We agreed and scheduled the crew to return to put another panel in. Our production manager took some time to digest the text and forgot to respond to it saying we were coming back out to take care of it. We apologized for the miscommunication when we spoke to the homeowner on the phone. There were multiple trade items that were told to the homeowner that we do not do. The screens were the main point of our discussion that we said we could help with. Unfortunately not everything goes as planned and with the shortage of workers and a back log of over a month to get out there to replace them, the screen crew decided to pass on the job due to the location of the home. This is part of the money being returned to the homeowner.
