    I have been going to Dr ******* for over a decade for treatment. In recent years, their ability to successfully run a medical practice has greatly eroded. I have experienced several issues relating to:1. Prescription Errors and Delays:Last year, I experienced significant issues with obtaining my prescriptions, which were incorrectly processed by your office. As a result, I was left without essential medication for over a month, causing not only a severe disruption to my health but also unnecessary distress. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue was not addressed in a timely manner, and I was forced to go without critical treatment. This failure to provide my medications in a prompt and accurate manner was both negligent and unacceptable.2. Failure to Provide Medical Records:Currently, I am facing yet another serious issue in that your office has failed to provide my medical records to my new healthcare provider. Despite my multiple requests for these records, I have not received the necessary documentation. This has caused a delay in my new doctors ability to continue my care without interruption. During my recent communication with Ms. ****** *********, she dismissively referred to this as "a personal problem" and refused to take responsibility for the delay.Moreover, when I asked to speak with the office manager or obtain their contact information, Ms. ********* declined to provide any information besides the main office phone number, further exacerbating the issue and preventing me from escalating the matter appropriately.3. Unprofessional Conduct:Throughout my interactions with your office, I have encountered a consistent lack of professionalism. The staffs dismissive attitude, refusal to address my concerns, and failure to follow through on essential tasks have created unnecessary frustration. I expect more from a healthcare provider who is entrusted with the care and well-being of their patients.
