    I hired ****** ortiz to redo my windows and bathroom. He required 50% deposit for the windows stating he need to order materials and 25% for the bathroom. The initial start date was pushed back by ****** because of hurricane he asked if he can start demolition on bathroom on Oct 16 to catch up after which per the contract asked for an dditional 25%. After the demolition he was to come by and show samples and to begin plumbing on bathroom. ****** has since promised to come several different dates never showed up and has stopped answering my calls and messages. I leave voice-mails through the day his mail box becomes full and the next day they are cleared out so I know he is checking the messages. I just want a refund for the $9,750.00 that I have given him so I may find someone to complete the bathroom.
