Daisy T****** would not give us toilet paper when we requested it. Instead, she insisted she had none initially and then said she'd give it to us if we went downstairs to get it. Once downstairs, Daisy was rude and would not provide any toilet paper. When I let her know that she was being rude and that I would be filing a complaint against her to her manager, she quickly changed her story, threw the toilet paper at me after creeping up behind me with it, and then called the police on me. The police could only request for me - they did not trespass me because there were no grounds - to leave only because Daisy is an employee there, and, as an employee of this business, if she complains, then whoever she complains about gets removed from the hotel. This is absolutely unacceptable and ludicrous. I called the hotel corporate office, and they said that they would not be providing a refund simply because the employee said that I was the aggressor, yet the police said that they did not understand why I was being removed either - explain that one! The general manager, Nicole H********, only justifies Daisy's disgraceful behavior towards guests in the hotel. Clearly, this is a trend for this business, as they've had plenty of awful reviews outlining similar scenarios with an array of nasty employees. Someone needs to investigate what's going on here ASAP!
