    I signed a contract with the company on 8/21/23 to replace exterior siding on my house. The work commenced the week of November 13 and concluded on or about the date of November 28. The contract called for exterior siding replacement, replacement of rotted corner trim and painting of second floor siding. In January 2024, I contacted the company as I noticed that some rotted corner trim on the front of the house had not been replaced. This had to have been a conscious decision, as the crew had to remove the trim and rain gutter to replace the siding: apparently they just put the rotted trim back. Have been in touch with the company every 14 days to determine when they will return to complete the job but no response. I have contacted *************************** GM and ***************************, *****************

    I will click "Accept" because there is no other choice.  *** has been very responsive to my issue and contacted me last week.  He advised that he would be sending a crew down, but he does not have a date as of yet.  I thanked him and hope that it will be scheduled soon.  If I do not hear from him or if the issue has not been resolved in 30 days (7/3/24), I will have to reopen the incident.

    They took my deposit of over $13,000 with the promise of adding a screen over my pool. they took the money and disappeared.No materials were ever delivered No work was ever done

    We signed a contract with this merchant for some inside house work on 5/22. That stated the work would begin within 2-4 weeks and will take 2-3 days for completion. We are now in October and lie after lie about when someone will come complete the work which went on until September, we asked to cancel and get a refund since they are in breach of contract..Aaron came to pick up the material on 9/13 and said a check will be sent next Friday. Some time rolls around and still no check. I reach out again on 10/2 and advised no check. He responds and says, it was mailed last Friday...here we are again and no check. Now I am done working directly with the owner and will take this to court if needs be, and it will be asking for a heck of a lot more than what is due back. He will pay for interest we lost, attorney fees, time taken off work so someone would be home when we were told someone would show up which was several times, etc.
