              I'm not liable for this debt that was claimed by Sterling Credit Corporation and I do not have a contract with this company. Sterling credit corporation has not provided me with any original documents such as the original application like i requested.

              My dealership also sold our contract out to this company without our knowledge. We were 2 months ahead on our payments and when I called them to make sure our balance was the same it went up. We were at $4669 and when they took over our total was $4700 and something. They're explanation was that we signed a contract at dealership which accrued interest everyday even though we were ahead of our payments. Although when we were processing payments thru dealership we saw the amount decline. Through this credit company it was constantly going up. This company sucks the money out of you!!

              Ms. *****, We were not able to identify your account in our system of record. We would definitely want to speak with you again if you do not agree with the balance that was transferred. We could provide you with the dealerships pay history as well as ours so you can see that the balances match perfectly at the time of the transfer. If you would like to discuss this further, please call us directly at 877-859-8401 and request to speak with supervisor. We want all of our customers to feel comfortable with their transfers and if there's anything we can clarify to make you feel comfortable about the transfer we would like that opportunity to help you.
