    *** training no show. We scheduled the training on a day the teachers did not have students and they did not show. We were not able to reschedule as the teachers did not have another day without students.They have promised to reimburse us since November. We have called and left messages and have sent several emails. I do have the documentations of the owner **** stating she was going to send the check.

    We appreciate your attention to this matter and understand the frustration expressed by the customer. We would like to clarify the situation and provide additional details for your review.
    The invoice received by the customer was from an independent instructor and was not issued by our company, Angelmedic CPR, located in *****************. As we did not issue the invoice or process the payment, we are unable to process the refund on our end.

    However, we are committed to resolving the matter and ensuring the customer is taken care of. We are willing to refund the customer the $250 as a gesture of goodwill. We can process this refund via CashApp or, alternatively, the customer can send us an invoice for $250, and we will be happy to settle the amount.

    Please note, while we are taking steps to assist in resolving this issue, we do not take responsibility for the direct arrangements made between the customer and the instructor.
    We hope this clarification resolves the matter. If you or the customer require further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

    The letter was dated and received on April 10, 2025. The individual you made arrangements and paid was not through our company directly. It was not our invoice and payment was not made to our company. In good faith we will pay the invoice by arrangements made on the phone. It's a price we will pay to have this complaint removed.

    I paid ******** $550 for CPR training on October 25. The training date was scheduled on October 30. On October 29 they said the needed to reschedule the training. We tried to reschedule but they were unable to do so within the time frame I needed. I requested a refund on November 4. Per their policy, "If Angelmedic cancels within 48 hours of your course you'll be offed a full refund." After I requested the refund, they stopped responding to my emails and calls.

    I sincerely apologize for the oversight regarding this situation; it should have been addressed promptly. We  received no recent correspondence from **************************** in ** since 11/4/24.

    We researched our call records which shows  you left  a voicemail, email and text message today on 12/11/24 at 1:08 pm.  Once we were available we responded right away on 12/11/24 at 3:02pm.
    Please rest assured that I am taking immediate action to process your refund as we previously discussed. Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter.

    We booked a CPR training with AngelMedic in July and put a deposit down of $300 towards the total cost. As it came close to the date, the instructor had a medical emergency and needed to cancel. I was unable to reschedule with AngelMedic, and we found ************** to get our CPR/First Aid training. I have now reached out to the company via email, phone, and text to have our deposit refunded and have received no response whatsoever.
