I had a move-out steam clean done yesterday. The guy was over 2 hours late in the 3-hour time window they had already given me. I did their "$45" special, but then they tacked on another $90 for the stairs. Then they tried to sell me extra "enzymes" for pet spots - although I told them when I booked that I had spots in my carpet when I got my quote. I refused. I've steamed cleaned my own carpet numerous times, and I know that if you go over the spots a few times, they will come up. They clearly didn't even bother. $150 later, the whole carpet looks like crap. On top of that, they let their machine pool water on the landing of my stairs and didn't bother to vacuum it up. Then I was told they didn't take checks. Might have been nice to mention BEFORE they came to service my house. This place is a total scam. I am still debating on whether I should challenge the charges. Terrible job.

Ms. ********* was informed of necessary corrective services needed for severely/pet damaged carpet. She viewed our assessment and recommendations as "upsell" and characterized it as unnecessary. We advised strongly that her carpets required needed attention. That advice was rejected and the service technician was directed to limit his service to the coupon service. The work order was documented and we complied to her wishes. Due diligence was closely adhered to due to the customers attitude on the matter. We regret she chose to ignore the accurate professional assessment.

This customer scheduled 3 separate times canceling each time after arrival. On the third wasted occurrence she was charged for a service call. That is the source of this unjustified review.
