            BBB is warning consumers that this company is charging upfront fees, not providing service and not providing refunds. Better Business Bureau is advising consumers to use caution when considering doing business with All American Mobile Detailing. BBB has received a pattern of consumer complaints alleging consumers make a deposit for services and when they try to cancel and get deposit returned, All American Mobile Detailing attempts to have them reschedule appointment rather than issue a refund. When consumers persist on getting deposit returned, they are told it will be processed, but consumer states they never receive it. Some consumers state that there is poor communication with staff regarding late arrivals for scheduled appointments. Consumers also allege that the quality of work is not up to par and have been met with resistance when requesting money back.

            On November 22, 2022 BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. The mail was returned.

              I contracted All American mobile Detailing on March 19, 2024 for a Road Warrior Package for $1265.29 for our motorhome paid UP FRONT. The detailer was supposed to be here on Fri, March 22. NO SHOW. No calls, no texts, nothing. I finally reached them and they said the guy thought it was the next Fri and he was currently on vacation out of state. I rescheduled for Friday March 29th. At this point, I lost faith and wanted a refund and cancelled the service. They agreed on March 25 to refund. On April 9th I still had nothing. No refund, no communication. They said it was an error on the processing department and they would be putting back thru and I would have to wait until April 15th for any refund. At that point, I have filed with my credit card company to speed the process. I do feel that this company is a fraudulent company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

              Horrible horrible detailing. Paid over$300 for vacuuming, shampooing of seats and carpet. Leather conditioning.. full wash and wax etc. The technician didn't even fully vacuum my car.. he didn't even open the back latch and get the inside in the back of my suv. Did not even dust or clean the inside windows. I had all the pictures and contacted customer care. After they reviewed the car they promised me a$200 refund which I never received. This place is a total scam! Dont use!!!!
