    I lived at Springs Colony Apartments in ************************************. I am writing to inform you about the lack of communication and poor conduct of the office staff at these apartments. I recently moved out of unit 364 and have now been charged for the month of September due to not notifying them in time (60-day notice) that I would not be renewing my lease. When it was time for renewal, I spoke with ******* from the office about transferring to a two-bedroom apartment. She told me she would let me know as soon as one became available and would follow up to ensure I didnt end up on a month-to-month lease.A month before the end of my lease, I decided to stop by the office to check if a unit was available for transfer. When I spoke with ********, she had a very poor attitude and told me no units were available. I sent a message a month in advance stating I could not renew because no units were available; however, this information was false because a unit was available online. I then had to start searching for another apartment within a 30-day period because the office staff refused to transfer **** believe the office should keep notes of conversations with tenants to avoid misunderstandings. It seems very unprofessional that, due to the lack of communication from their staff, I am now being charged for an extra months rent for not providing a 60-day notice as stipulated in the lease. I could have given notice on time if it werent for the poor service and failure to follow up on my request to transfer to another unit. Now, I have to pay $1,649.83 due to ******** negligence in following up with tenants.

    I moved out of my apartment on 08/22/ Since moving out I still have not received my security deposit back. When I ask the property manager states that it has been sent to accounting. However, I still have yet to receive the check.
