We moved into bridgelight townhomes June 2022. Move in day the apartment was in disgusting conditions, pictures have been taken and apartment complex refused to acknowledge it. A few months in there were a couple outlets that sparked and charred an adaptor black. Nails and screws are all over the complex from roofing work that was done months ago and was never cleaned properly. Both my partner and I have physically stepped and been punctured by nails in the parking lot. I have had to get one tire patched and another completely replaced because of nails. We have a bag full of collected nails, screws, etc from our walks around the complex with our dog. Any sort of wind has caused multiple tree branches to fall and have dented my car. An ongoing issues has been finding lizard poop around the household, a health hazard for my three pets. We also had issues with our washing machine staining all of our clothes, come to realize the softener compartment was filled with disgusting thick slime and was told by maintenance how to repair it ourselves instead of them cleaning out their appliances. This is just a few of the things we have been dealing with from this apartment complex and it has not even been a full year of living there.
