    I had a serious issue while trading on OneUpTrader using the Rithmic Trader Pro platform. I placed an order which executed, but the attached bracket order did not. I was unable to sell or cancel the position manually, and the order remained stuck until my account broke the drawdown.

    In the platform, the status clearly showed “waiting for infrastructure acknowledgement” — evidence that the orders were not being properly processed by Rithmic. I provided screenshots of this to OneUpTrader support.

    Unfortunately, after spending over 50 minutes explaining the situation to chat support and email,their only response was that it was “not their responsibility” and that I should simply pay to reset the account. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. As traders, we pay for evaluations and expect at least a fair review of technical issues, not to be ignored or dismissed.

    I have also reached out to Rithmic, but OneUpTrader should stand by their clients and assist in resolving issues with their chosen technology partners. Passing the blame and charging traders for resets, when there is clear evidence of platform malfunction, shows a lack of accountability.

    I am very disappointed with the lack of support and responsibility shown in this matter, and I am sharing this experience so that other traders are aware of the risks.
