    Valve cover gasket job was an absolute nightmare. No gasket used when the job calls for it. Just 2 different color RTVs. Which failed 800 miles later, RTV all in the spark tubes along with oil.
    Had to go buy new valve covers, gaskets, spark plugs, and coils, and have another shop do the work as when I addressed this issue to the owner, it was met with extreme hostility followed by "we will warranty it".

    A: not if you aren't going to do it right.
    And B: not after you showed me that attitude. No further trust is there.

    P.S. you couldn't even put my bumper and grille back together after working on it. Or even do it the 2nd time I asked.

    After 8 years of good service, it is sad to see a company decide to go this route of crap service.

    I hope they are better with tires than they are with car repair, very dissatisfied.
