Top Tier is a name that explains its self. I was so amazed and pleased with the outcome of my house. This experience was bitter/sweet to begin with. But, when I say everyone was amazing walking me through the process was awesome. I can't wait to use them on another project.Review from Joy A

I am so happy with the accent wall Hugo and David created in my home. Alma is amazing with suggestions on design. It is a stunning work of art! Top Tier perform care and perfection. I highly recommend their design and craft! Customer service is #1 My best to their team Joy A.

Top Tier definitely lives up to its name! I had a bathroom disaster from the work of a previous contractor and was skeptical about hiring someone else. However, Top Tier made me feel comfortable from start to finish with my bathroom project. To start, Hugo is quite knowledgeable; Alba is super helpful in assisting with project design and materials, and the other guys were punctual, hardworking, answered every question I had, and even showed with particular things to ensure the quality of the project. My bathroom was unused for almost a year, and Top Tier had it up and functioning within 2 weeks and it's BEAUTIFUL! I am so impressed with the work, that I'll be calling them back for additional projects!Review from Stephanie G

So this is the third project that I have used Top Tier Remodeling to assist me. They have always been professional, completed projects on time and within the agreed upon quotes. They take pride in their work and have been instrumental in helping me complete projects on time. Hugo knows his stuff and leads his team well. Alba is a pleasure to work with and always available. I had a relatively small remodeling job and was worried about finding a contractor willing to take it on. Not only did the Top Tier team take it on, I was very pleased by how seriously they took it and made sure to get it done on time and on budget. It is clear that Hugo Lopez and his team take great pride in their work. Alba was wonderful in helping me choose the right vanity, hardware, etc. and kept it posted at every step so I knew what would happen and when. The job required electrical and plumbing work as well as some carpentry; it was all done with great care. I would definitely hire Top Tier again for future work.Top Tier Remodeling LLC Response
