I lived at a property they managed for 6 years. The first years were ok. Fast response to maintenance request. I like the place, never was late on payments even thru Covid. About two years ago, seems they lost all their good employees and in came the hustlers. After signing my 2023 lease I was told I was require to pay “residence benefit” and I couldn’t opt out. This fees went into their pockets, not the owner. I moved out this May after they informed me the owners needed the property for elderly parents ( lie) and expected at least a potion of my security deposit they held for 6 yrs. After almost 3 weeks not hearing nothing from property manager Stacie, I had the gut feeling they wanted to keep my deposit. I called and spoke with the owner ****** about my deposit. I receive a letter with bogus charges totaling my exact deposit miraculously. I asked for a copy of the move out inspection report and ****** send it to me lying about the owner being upset with the property condition. Mind you, the inspections report listed the property with normal wear and tear nothing crazy. (Blinds, light bulbs mismatch etc). Yet Stacie charged me $400 for carpet cleaning, another $300 for an imaginable countertop repair and lights in the bathroom, $150 for kitchen cabinet repairs. None of the items were listed in the inspection report they provided me. I emailed them about normal wear and tear and after leaving a review on Google, ****** emailed me and said I would get the carpet cleaning fees back due to depreciation. I am yet to receive a penny. The management at white robins will do they will do whatever it takes to keep your security deposit. I am yet to see any reviews where a client receive their Ernest deposit back. The money isn’t much to take them to small claims court about. I just don’t have the time, They prey on tenants knowing most people are just too busy to fight with them. All their reviews are from years prior when when they had good employees
