    I regretfully attempted to use them to book a business class trip to Nice, France, flying AA and BA. They were going to give me a total of approx. $2000 worth of credit for my credit card reward miles through my AMEX Plat and Capitol One. As Bree Whitman (from Travel Business Class) walked me through the transferring of miles from my AMEX, she asked me to select "Qantas" and deposit my miles to an account # she provided. I found it rather odd I was depositing my AMEX miles to a Qantas account number (which she provided), but I was not flying Qantas. Prior to depositing the my miles, I had asked her to explain the reason why. In my mind, she provided a plausible explanation saying Qantas was one of their partnering airlines. After depositing my AMEX miles, she made other statements which made me question more the legitimacy of this company. Long story short, I asked her to reimburse my AMEX reward miles back to my account. She went around the question but eventually told me they would zelle me the monies for the miles. Not holding my breath. Why would a legitimate company zelle money. Needless to say, I would not do business with this company. Not sure how to they received a 4.8 star rating. Well, I actually do. Do yourself a favor and believe the 1 star reviews and don't fall a victim like me.
