    I did not get what I paid for. I contacted the company requesting a refund and sent pictures of the mug that does not change colors and they refused to give me a refund.

    Awful customer awe her ice ordered an item well before Christmas had issue with address..notified via email prior to shipping and receieved no response. Once shipped an email came to me and I again reached out and nothing. Finally get an email with a tracking number I respond and explain address is no longer valid they tell me to contact shipping service which I did only to find out they said it was delivered and to reach out to company. Back and forth and the rep Helen at wrappiness responds that there is no refund or reship and says I can order a new one for $20 which is pointless since I already paid $36 for the one I never received. Even had the person it was when to check with the mailman just in case it turned up which it didn’t and now it’s after Christmas and the company did nothing to fix this issue. Terrible business and would never order from them as they are quick to collect your money but can’t help when there is an issue. Third party shopper which is not even reputable or known company:

    Workmanship on mugs is terrible.
    I have contacted them numerous times so I could replace it or get a refund and no one has gotten back to me.
    I spent good money and it's a sha.e their customer service is so poor.

    I ordered 7 mugs ($24 each) for a holiday gift to my team. Placed order on Nov 25. - tomorrow is my team meeting ( Dec 11) and NO product has been received. Tracking status states “ somewhere at UPS in Avenell , NJ since Dec 3rd”…. I think this is a scam. There is no phone number to call and emails to “ customer service “ are not returned. I will be contacting my cc to report fraud. Horrible.

    My bank account was charged back in November but I have no tracking number or order confirmation. I have emailed their Customer Service multiple times but they do not respond. Obviously I won’t be getting my Christmas ornaments! Why doesn’t Facebook do something about companies like this?

    SCAM !! Ordered a gift and within an hour put in a ticket for change of delivery address. They said I had a 3 hour windows to make the change. Called a total of 8 times over 2 days. They emailed a ticket number, and within the hour sent notification that it was mailed to the wrong address. called again multiple times after that. no responses.

    CROOKS !!

    I ordered almost a $100 in products from this company advertising on Facebook. I was sending it to a friend and she sent the zip but it was off by one number and they refused to deliver it there even though other companies like Amazon, delivered it to the same address with no problem. Then they are trying to get me to pay another $45 just to resend it! I'm not throwing more money at them. So now since they refuse to refund me my money they are keeping my $100 and the item, which they can resale. So basically they stole money from me. Do not do business with them!

    This business relentlessly advertises on Facebook. Buyer beware. I placed my order and my bank was charged. I received an email stating that my shipping address is incorrect. No response to my inquiry. No number to call. I have asked my bank to reverse the charge as they are looking into it as well. SCAM.

    I ordered something for my brother in Texas. It says it arrived at the post office on November 18th but as of todate, November 22, still not delivered. When I used the tracking number, USPS or UPS had no such number and no record. I have emailed the company and waiting for a reply. I won't hold my breath. They have no phone number to call anybody. Beware of this company.
