    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  No documents were given or signed electronically at the school.  They never provided the loan document and I never signed that loan document.  I failed the course and was told to leave.  They provided me with a document stating I failed the course and was to leave immediately.  The signature on the document was forged and never approved or known about it until the loan company contacted me by phone.  I have no emails from that company, nor did I sign in through any email.  The ACE academy had to forge my signature, since it is not mine.  I told this to the loan company and they also did not have the correct email address when they were comparing information.Sincerely,

    ***** ******, xxx-xx-0938 attended orientation for schooling
at ACE Driving Academy on 10/10/22 via an on-line, live facilitator run
program.  During orientation, all of the
documents were reviewed with the attendees and each attendee was required to
read and electronically sign all of the documents before starting training.

On October 17, 2022 Mr. ****** started his training at ACE
Driving Academy in Waco, TX.  Mr. ******
completed his drug test and physical and began the training program and
completed 100 hours of training of the 160 hours necessary to complete the
program.  Mr. ****** stopped showing up
to class and did not contact the school to let them know he was dropping out.  Mr. ****** did not follow the withdraw policy
that he was aware of and signed.

Based on all of the documents Mr. ****** signed including
his Enrollment Agreement, Retail Installment Contract and other documents
attached to this file, Mr. ****** is responsible for 100% of the tuition
related to his loan.  Mr. ****** was
aware he was obtaining a loan as he was told verbally as well as all of the
documents Mr. ****** signed indicate same.

In order to sign the documents, Mr. ****** had to log-in to
the on-line system (Luma) using his email and password to sign the
documents.  No one other than Mr. ******
could have logged in and electronically signed the documents.
Liberty Career Finance is only servicing the loan on behalf
of the school as the loan for schooling is between ACE Driving Academy and Mr.
******.  The claim submitted is not valid.

    Business Response

Mr. ******, we are servicing your account on behalf of the school and your real complaint is with the school, not Liberty Career Finance.  Based on my knowledge of the process at the school, if all the paperwork had not been signed, you would not have been able to start school and begin your training.  I have forwarded your complaint to the school and I encourage you to contact them at ************ and speak to ***** *****.  Although this does not solve your concerns, I hope pointing you in the direction you need to explore will help.
