Quick reponses from ms Haley Dondero her sense of keen after service customer care and follow up to provide this estate with genuine guidelines to help with understanding the process of this estate and providing me with hope to a quick closure I am very grateful for her help

1 starI had high hopes for InheritNow, a company that markets itself as a lifeline for those in need of quick access to inheritance funds. My experience, however, has been an absolute nightmare of disorganization, inefficiency, and ultimately, a complete waste of time and emotional energy.
The Rejection: On the morning of December 27, 2024, I received an email from Courtney Anderson, a representative who had worked hard on my case. The email stated:
"Hi Jamieson,
My manager was able to review the details of the estate. Unfortunately, given the current condition of the property, we are uncomfortable moving forward with the advance.
I know we put in a lot of effort here and I apologize we aren't able to continue.
I appreciate your patience along the way.
Have a Happy & Healthy New Year.
Regards,
Courtney Anderson"
After months of effort, they decided that the "fixer-upper" condition of the property and its tax liabilities made it too risky. This decision came after I had already jumped through every hoop they set for me.
InheritNow’s process is a disorganized mess. They should have evaluated the property’s condition and tax situation upfront 6 months ago when I contacted them, not after months of back-and-forth and signed attestations. Their lack of transparency and last-minute decision-making shows a complete disregard for the emotional and financial toll this process takes on grieving families.
While Courtney Anderson was polite and tried her best to help, this systemic failure rests squarely on the management team who waited until the final hour to decide they "weren't comfortable." This is not how you treat people in their most vulnerable moments.InheritNOW

1 starThey didn’t even bother to go the extra mile like many of their reviews say. I’m told most lawyers won’t give what inheritnow needs and because we didn’t know the full amount in the account all they said was “We can’t help you”. The reviews make it seem like they don’t stop until they can help you. Maybe that was just the person that i spoke with. 0 starsInheritNOW
