I’m filing this complaint with my BBB in my state PA because there going to do there job, due to the BBB in Delaware is going to follow and do what their chief and commander are doing to the country now which is nothing. The Reserve On East, is falsely reporting to the credit bureau in a negative way. We asked ******* the leasing agent about the requirements, my daughter and I was straight forward with *******, we had know delinquents nor a hard inquiries until The Reserve On East, realize I filed a complaint with fair housing. One minute it was showing on my credit report as a soft inquiry now ******* the agent put a hard inquiry on my credit report due to retaliation, I’m going to sue this company. We paid our fee through our credit card, why is it our holding fee for the unit have to be refunded back through the mail, The Reserve On East lied about our credit report, it’s know multiple delinquents on my credit report so ******* lied as usual that’s their mentality so I’m asking for my application fee back as well. If The Reserve doesn’t fix that hard inquiry on my credit report when I was told it was going to be a soft inquiry. I’ll see ******* in federal court because there company committed fraud.
