      We’ve worked with One Hour for years for our geo-thermal unit and found their services always reliable. Recently, Matt came out for an emergency request when our air conditioning had stop working during a heatwave. It was a Friday, and we were headed out of town. First, One Hour heard our concerns that we had pets in the house and while they were extremely busy, they found a way to send Matt out who found the problem and fixed it quickly. We were so relieved that all was well! There is nothing better than having dependable knowledgeable service technicians for regular maintenance and those emergency issues when they arise. Very appreciative!

      Every time Josh comes out from one hour heating / air , he is great. He finds the problem , talks you through the options and also gives you recommendations for the future. Very helpful and educating. I won’t call anyone else but these guys !

      I’ve been using One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for several years now and have always been happy with their service. I’ve never felt like I was being ripped off or pressured, which is so important. They come when they say they will, wear booties in the house to protect your floors, and everyone I’ve worked with has been friendly and professional. Everything is expensive now, but I feel like their prices are fair and they really try to fix your system instead of jumping to selling you a new one. One of the few companies I would actually recommend to a friend or neighbor.
