    "My review is pretty much the same like everyone else I didn't ask him to close my account I told them that as a customer I felt very unappreciative I spend tons of dollars with them and I don't get no bonuses no points all I do is log on to that daily thing they're starting to be a skin they used to be on point but now they don't offer you nothing they don't answer their telephone they don't contact you back on the emails you get an agent and they tell you they got to check with rewards team the rewards team tell you they don't have nothing for you this is pretty much going to turn into a big lawsuit as I see and they lock us out our account so that we can't provide information we want to sue them on the email chats well guess what I screenshotted majority of mines y'all won't get away with this and now I'm locked out of my account after I've spent tons of money with you guys without us customer spending money with you guys you won't have a business but guess what if someone doesn't contact me back today I'm just going to legal advice and if y'all in Czechoslovakia brush or wherever you are at or I'm going to get mines back some way somehow because it's the law in United States of America we have laws that we abide by"
