    I purchased 2 tickets for Beyonce's concert in Atlanta Georgia on Friday July 11th at 7pm, on May 3 2025. I received my confirmation email from StubHub. I also purchased parking passes for the event ALL for Friday July 11th. I arrived at the gates and when my phone was scanned it read Thurs July 10th, which I had no idea how this happened. Mercedes Benz stadium advised me to contact Ticketmaster and Ticketmaster told me to contact StubHub because that was considered a third party company not affiliated with them. After chatting with a bot, I was finally able to find a phone number and after close to 1 1/2 hours being placed on hold numerous times, standing outside in a crowd of thousands of people and a treacherous thunderstorm. I was given an option at first that there was nothing that could be done. Then I was told that they would refund me 25 percent of the cost of the tickets which cost me 445.00 using the StubHub service. The StubHub representative then inform me that he had located in better ticket for me which it was not I was at the last seat and the arena one seat from the top and in a location that was nowhere near where the tickets that I have purchased. I should have been in the middle row but my seat went from 309 to 324. The only reason why I was given that seat instead of not even allowed to get into the concert was I explained sir I had traveled from Charleston South Carolina to Atlanta spent a lot of money on these tickets and also hotel and parking and you're telling me that there's nothing that can be done. I would like to advise anyone that is considering using the StubHub platform do not do it. They did not make good on the promise because I should have never arrived at the event and been left outside to fend for myself. It took me more than an hour to clarify what was going on and still by the time I got to my seat I was totally frustrated the whole event was a train wreck. Do not use StubHub!!!

    StubHub Misled Me and Refuses to Make It Right – Beware of False Perks

    I purchased tickets through StubHub for the Arizona Cardinals vs. San Francisco 49ers game on September 21, 2025. The tickets were advertised as including shaded seating, unlimited food, and unlimited soft drinks. These perks were the only reason I chose these specific seats.

    Before purchasing, I called StubHub to confirm the perks would transfer with the tickets, and their representative explicitly assured me they would. However, after receiving the tickets, I discovered the following perks were NOT included—no food, no drinks. StubHub’s response was to offer me replacement tickets in the nosebleeds—a huge downgrade in both value and experience.

    Worse, StubHub is still actively advertising tickets with the same perks on their site. I repeatedly asked them whether these perks are real and why they wont offer me those tickets. They refuse to answer whether the perks are real or not and only offer me tickets that are nosebleeds and even cheaper than what I originally paid for.

    I filed a complaint with BBB, hoping for a fair resolution. Instead, StubHub still wants to offer nosebleeds with a silly 11 dollar voucher. I was not looking for a refund—I just wanted what I paid for: comparable tickets with the same perks. Instead, I got scammed and ignored.

    I am not ignoring the fact they have offered me a refund, but that doesn’t fix the problem. Why? Because StubHub is still selling other tickets right now, listed with the same perks, around the same price I originally paid. So instead of replacing what I lost with truly comparable tickets, they’re pretending they can’t — while actively profiting from the same misleading listings.

    StubHub is knowingly misleading customers and refuses to take responsibility. This is unacceptable and unethical. I urge others to be extremely cautious when purchasing from them. What you see listed is not always what you get.

    I would definitely not recommend nobody in there right mind to buy any tickets sold on stubhub website. I did this for the first time for my granddaughter and I didn't realize that the tickets on stubhub cost 3 times more on that site then ticketmaster so please don't fall into their clutches!!!! They are scamming people special people like me that didn't realize the tickets are from a third party the Stubhub let's these people take advantage of someone like me that had no idea what I was getting into. I'm on a fixed income and trying to make my granddaughter happy for her graduation present and they I found out after I purchased these tickets on stubhub they went on sale on ticketmaster for 3 times less then stubhub. They should be ashamed of there selves for letting this happen and they should be stopped!!!!

    Horrible bought tickets to a Black Fridayz comedy event in Chandler Arizona and the show was cancelled was told by StubHub that I would receive my refund in 10 business days and I still have not received it keep getting one excuse after another but no refund

    I ordered tickets six months in advance for a concert. They said that the tickets would be in my account the day of the event which made me nervous but the company claims to have a “fan protected guarantee” that would refund or give you equivalent tickets seats to the concert if the seller fails to provide the tickets on time. Upon calling customer care they told me that they were going to reach out to the seller. I waited on hold while they called the seller and they came back on the line saying that they could not reach the seller. I asked if she could refund my tickets or just give me another ticket that they have available but she told me that I would need to wait to hear from someone via email. I never received an email from them. I had to travel for the event so it was extremely disappointing and nerve-racking to find replacement tickets through a different seller.

    On Tuesday, May 21, 2024 I purchased tickets to the Steelers vs. Ravens game, November 17, 2024. We never received the tickets. After flying from Charlotte, NC, and staying in the Landing Hotel and paying for the tickets to the game.
    You refunded the tickets after saying the tickets would be sent by Saturday November 16, 2024 @ 2:00. The refund came too late to purchase tickets to see the game. So we basically spend a total of $4,456.79 for nothing. There is still the matter of our hotel $1320.12 and our fight $1948.90 totaling $3,269.02. Which is what you owe us. When we returned home my husband had to go to the doctor because his pressure was way too high, caused by his hard earned money that was trashed because you did not send us the tickets to the game in which we paid for. I am putting this on social media, The better Business Bureau and sending over to the Federal Trade Commission. Your reviews are horrible which is why I don't understand how you are allowed by law to to this to people. I am forwarding this complaint to my attorney as well. I am not willing to accept anything less than the hotel and flight fees.
