      This has been a really frustrating experience with this credit card company applied to building my credit with within 1 year only had one returned payment they decide to close my account but first made sure to charge me for the annual fee of 125 which per our agreement was supposed to be 96 dollars. Not oppon review of my closed account I notice they are also charging me a maintains fee which is in violation of the credit card acts which for a closed account dating may 2024. You call customer service all they say is the back office will help email them but non of the emails work.

      Continental Finance Company representative was very nice and helpful for me making my payment since I don't have a bank account. They are always very understanding and the company works with you when you have financial difficulties. Highly recommend them!
