The agent that I spoke with was cheerful and knowledgeable of the issues that I was concerned about. She was also very professional and willing to answer any additional questions that I may have had. It is always a pleasure to deal with people like her.

Fit Mastercard app could never find my account. Would have to call in payment. When I paid the payment .... money in account for payment was there. Got confirmation that it was paid then 4 hours later get a notice that nsf on my payment account ,even though double the amount was in the account, and then they sent my money back and add late fees. Two months in a row. Then I paid $60 over my minimum amount plus the minimum and they closed my account. Please be advised to not due business with this company.
