    Bought a dodge Ram 1800 brand Labor Day weekend 2018 truck has been unkept since February I’ve put in close to $7000 as of today they’ve gf my truck for 3 weeks I did get it back on tues sept 12 2023 only to break down within 10 mikes they towed it back to dealership on the 13th telling me a hose came off it was fixed and they drove it but wanted to drive it more this mornin sept 14 it’s now 11 in the afternoon no word from them they wouldn’t cover it under warranty I’ve lost work and income

    This company does not have good customer service nor good experience selling cars online. I was working with sales associate ***** ****** who was assisting me with a purchase of a 2016 Dodge Challenger Hellcat. The first thing he tells me is that he has a buddy that works for the company trying to buy it for himself. I had no problem and let him know that I was already pre-approved and ready to go, I just wanted to verify who I was speaking to and confirm that we was actually a representative of this company seeing that I was contacted by a personal cell phone number and my lender asks us to verify business confirmation to prevent scams. He responds only with his first name. I had to ask him to elaborate for his last name and business title within the company. The next day I ask for the purchase agreement in which he sends. After receiving It I tell him I want to pay my ad Valorem taxes at my local tag and tax office and I did not want to finance it. He then ignorantly calls me a fraud and says " Not possible, its that or nothing." I elaborate and tell him I have done this purchasing cars out of state before and It is a legal option, not fraudulent. He responds, "I told you its THAT or NOTHING, if you don't want to pay tax and reg you're a fraudster. If you want to buy our vehicle its that or nothing." At this point he is being very rude so i call him for verification because what I asked is legal. I ask him if the state laws in his state just not allow this, or is it just a dealership policy. He then says i dont care were you purchased your car and continues to call me fraudulent instead of explaining this company's policy. I called the actual company and made a complaint and asked them for clarification of this policy. The policy did prevent purchasers of doing this if they were not paying complete cash which is fine. But as a United Stated Veteran Derek Lurker showed TERRIBLE customer service and has proved to be an inexperienced UNKNOWLEDGEABLE salesman.
