we hired fletcher's to connect the 2 hvac units for a new tenant. The tenant kept complaining that units were not working right and Fletcher's kept going out. First they said the reverse valves were bad and had to be replaced. We paid to get them replaced and units still had issues. Then were told the TXV valves were bad and we paid to have replaced. We kept thinking and saying how can both units have the same issue? After they replaced, tenant still kept complaining and we ended up calling another company. We found out that neither the reverse valves or the TXV valves were ever replaced. We also found out from his tech, they never put new freon in the system, even though we got charged (they collected the old freon and put it back). We found out from other company that Fletcher wired the units wrong, that's why the units were not operating properly and also the wiring had a bunch of splices. I called and complained to Fletcher a few times and even spoke to the owner, *****. He said to just give him a couple of weeks to look into it. I called back and left a couple more messages and no return call. I am looking for my money back.
