  C&R Tree Service is one of the most unprofessional "Businesses'" I have ever dealt with. The worst part I did not even hire this clown Rob to do work at my house. He did work at my neighbors house. The crew was very respectful and specifically asked if they could access the adjacent property (my neighbor) through my driveway and yard. I politely declined because my driveway is new and the yard was soft from rain. The crew leader acknowledged the decline of access and went about his day. The next day when I arrived home from work and there were many ruts and yard damage to my property from the tree trucks cutting through my lot. I called Rob (owner) and explained the situation asking him to come out and fix my yard since his company damaged it after I said they could not use my property for access. He indicated he would be out the following day to review the damage and call me when he was on his way. Of course the next day come with no call and no show. I called several times and left messages / test message with no response. Then, like a coward, he blocked my number from his cell phone and has not made contact since. Now I am left with a damaged yard an no way to contact this coward of an owner. No accountability or ownership. Rob - you messed up, it happens, be a man and fix your mistakes. I don't anticipate a response but its worth a try.

  Unfortunately there are people looking for free work to be done all the time

  and You sir are one of them 

  your neighbor has told us your very hard to deal with 

  my guys at no point went over on your side at all they we’re working close to the property line in a wide open area I did see your brand new backhoe n trailer for all I know u went over there

   

  at the eve of the day there’s 0 damage Like you claim 

   

  everyone wants to run to the internet n bash companies if you don’t bend over n take it n it’s a very sad world we live in

  you told me there were 2 other companies that went over on your property and already have a bad taste for tree guys 

  your ignorant, condescending, cocky, arrogant n self centered I feel bad for your neighbor

  Hello, if you’re looking to have your trees trimmed or stumps removed, this is the company for you. I live in Middletown, DE, and Rob did all of my tree trimming and driveway spraying. I received many compliments on the excellent work he did. I highly recommend giving him a call; he’s reliable, reasonably priced, and professional. I usually don’t write reviews unless I’m warning someone of poor service, but his service deserves a mention. He even cleaned up after the work was done.

  These guys are great! Walked me through all my options. Didn’t push the quick removal. Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Answered all my questions and were still about 20% less expensive than the 3 other bids I got. They made sure I was more than satisfied and thanked me for the work. Highly recommended!

  I called C&R Tree at 11:38 am. Rob, the owner, responded right away and said he could be out by afternoon. His crew came out, by noon, went straight to work and had the fallen piece of tree cleaned out in a few minutes. As a customer, I appreciated the fast responsive service, and the price was reasonable. C&R is a tree company that I will definitely recommend to my family, friends, and neighbors. I will be a customer of C&R from now on.
