Customer service is beyond horrible!!!! Was told what time they closed arrived about 20 minutes before that, and was given a hard time because I forgot my keys. Let’s tell the story my car wouldn’t start so I had to unfortunately leave it in a neighborhood where I left a garnet hanging letting it be known I was coming back to retrieve my vehicle, however I’m assuming someone in that white neighborhood called the police and the cops had it towed. I called state police where I was informed they didn’t have it county police had it towed so I called county and then the tow company right off bat I ask how much it will be the man on the phone tells me he doesn’t know until it is dropped my car was left literally less than 10 miles away from the tow location and it was 250. Long story short I got my battery from Walmart as my father and I thought that was the issue with car so I had that and was rushing around prior to getting to the tow yard thus leaving my keys at home trying to make it to them by 5 then being charged a storage fee. I had the cops fax over my release form yet the guy tells me he can’t release me my car because it’s a liability that I don’t have my key I knew I was coming there why did I not have my key etc I sent my brother to go and retrieve my key at home mind you I was there before closing so they could of easily dropped my car and go home but no I went back and forth with them until about 5:30 for them to finally drop my car and take 50 off my fee as I was so pissed off with the customer service received here I cussed and acted a ass because of the horrible service and snobby way of the initial guy I had my encounter with but he claims he wasn’t nasty straight out the bat he was it’s not what he said it’s how he said it !!!! It’s so much to this story that is just too much to type but all in all the customer service is trash !!!!! I got my car towed to my home out their yard for less than 100$ which was about the same distance so if you ask me the company is a rip off
